Chief Rob Merchant CHIEF’S MESSAGE Thank you for your interest in the Pineville Police Department’s website. This site is designed to provide a forum for information sharing and for exchanges between the police department and the citizens we serve. If it were not for our supportive citizens and dedicated police staff, we would not be where we are today.
